El Wakeel with City Stars on Marassi Red Sea participation
El Wakeel Law Firm advised City Stars in connection with its participation – partnering with Emaar Misr and City Stars – in the EGP 900 billion Marassi Red Sea, a tourism development project located in Egypt’s Red Sea coast.
The project
Expected to generate up to 170,000 job opportunities, the project in question will cover 2,426 feddans and include 12 luxury hotels, a large number of guest rooms, as well as marinas, retail areas, and green spaces.
