D&P with Tamweel on EGP 1,7 billion securitization
Dreny & Partners (D&P) advised Tamweel Mortgage securitization transaction for their mortgage finance portfolio amounting to EGP 1,7 billion, which comes as part of a wider 3-year multi-issuance program with a total value of EGP 5 billion.
CIB Egypt, Al Ahly Pharos, and CI Capital Holding acted as the financial advisors and lead arrangers. Arab African International Bank, Banque du Caire, CIB Egypt, and National Bank of Egypt (NBE) were the underwriters. Banque du Caire acted as bookrunner, CIB Egypt as custodian, while Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar as the official auditor for the transaction.
