Dreny & Partners with NUCA on EGP 20 bn securitization
Dreny & Partners advised New Urban Community Authority (NUCA) in connection with the closing of an EGP 20 billion securitization transaction.
The banking support
Al Ahly Pharos, CI Capital, CIB, and Arab African International Bank served as financial advisors and lead arrangers on the transaction, with CIB, National Bank of Egypt, Arab African International Bank, Al baraka Bank Egypt, and Suez Canal bank acting as the underwriters. CIB also worked as the custodian bank, while Arab African International Bank served as the bookrunner. Baker Tilly (Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar) was the transaction’s official auditor.
