Dreny & Partners with Jameel Finance on EGP 470 m securitization
Dreny & Partners advised Jameel Finance in connection with the closure of the company’s second securitization transaction, amounting to EGP 470 million. The operation falls within the broader context of a 3-year multi-issuance program amounting to EGP 4 billion.
The issuance was backed by a receivable’s portfolio originated by Jameel Finance, and was comprised of 3 tranches, valued respectively at EGP 152 m EGP 231 m and EGP m.
The banking support
Beltone Investment Banking acted as the financial advisor andlead arranger of the transaction. Suez Canal Bank served as custodian, underwriter and bookrunner, while Baker Tilly (Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar) as the official auditor.
