Dreny & Partners with EFG on corporate bond issuance
Dreny & Partners, advised EFG Corp Solutions – a subsidiary of EFG Holding – on a corporate bond issuance amounting EGP 2.650 billion.
The participants
EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting S.A.E served as the sole lead arranger and underwriter on the transaction. Commercial International Bank of Egypt acted as the bookrunner, while KPMG and United Accountants as the official auditors.
