Dreny & Partners Closes EGP 600 Million Issuance for Hermes

Dreny & Partners, has successfully closed the issuance of a senior unsecured short-term note for the Hermes Securities Brokerage Company (HSB), a subsidiary of EFG Hermes Holding. The transaction, worth EGP 600 million, marks the fifth issuance for HSB and the second in a multi-issuance program worth EGP 2 billion.

Imane Raouf, Partner and Head of Capital Markets and Financial Services Department at Dreny & Partners, expressed delight at the success of the issuance. EFG Holding acted as the sole financial advisor, underwriter, and lead arranger for the transaction, while CIB Egypt served as the book-runner. KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan was the auditor of the issuance.

The transaction was led by Imane Raouf, Partner and Head of Capital Markets and Financial Services Department. The Capital Markets Team comprised Managing Associates Abdelrheem Ashraf and Metwally Sweify, while the Capital Markets Procedures team included Managing Associate Nagy Mostafa Ebeid and Associate Ahmed Ayman.
