DLA Piper with OMAN PWP on Misfah and Duqm IPPs

DLA Piper has advised Oman Power and Water Procurement Company (PWP) in connection with the development and procurement of the Misfah and Duqm Independent Power Projects (IPPs).

In particular, the firm supported PWP on legal considerations relating to potential decarbonisation pathways for the programme, including the development of commercial structures aligned with Oman’s net‑zero goals and the broader transition toward lower‑carbon generation technologies.
