DLA Piper with CDG Invest Growth on Sodalmu stake sale
DLA Piper advised CDG Invest Growth, an investment fund management company, on the acquisition by Capmezzanine V FPCC-RFA of a strategic stake in Sodalmu, a Moroccan consumer goods, food and retail company specialising in the production and distribution of sodas under the brand “ICE”.
