Dentons with Sun Pharma on Valstar and Kemipharm ‘s acquisition

Dentons Morocco assisted Sun Pharma – one of the largest specialty generic pharmaceutical companies in the world, for its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Valstar and its Moroccan based subsidiary Kemipharm – an African player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, making it a strategic addition to Sun Pharma’s portfolio and manufacturing footprint in Africa.
