Dentons with Nord Anglia Education on partnership with DH
Dentons advised Nord Anglia Education on its partnership with Dubai Holding Asset Management (DH), to roll out K-12 schools across Dubai.
Under the terms of the partnership, DH will develop bespoke facilities for Nord Anglia to operate in Dubai. Amongst them, the first British curriculum school, planned for Dubai Production City and subject to approval frpm the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
