Dentons with IsDB on issuance on $1.25 billion trust certificates

Dentons has advised the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) on the issuance of US$1.25 billion trust certificates under its US$25 billion trust certificate issuance programme. The transaction was made through a special-purpose vehicle issuer incorporated in Luxembourg.

Dentons has regularly advised the institution on the issuance of debt securities in the international capital markets under its Sukuk programme.

The Sukuk programme

The Sukuk programme is an issuance of financial instruments that are Sharia-compliant.

Islamic Development Bank

A multilateral financial institution specialized in Islamic finance. It’s located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
