Dentons with AD Ports on AED 570 m logistics asset sale to Aldar
Dentons advised AD Ports Group on the AED 570 million sale of two built-to-suit logistics warehouses located within Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) to Aldar Properties PJSC .The logistics assets in question have been leased to occupiers Noon and Emtelle.
