Dentons Launches Next-Gen Leadership Initiative
Global law firm, Dentons has introduced its inaugural Shadow Executive Team in the UK, Ireland, and Middle East (UKIME) region. Comprising potential next-generation leaders, this team will advise Dentons’ Executive Leadership Team on crucial strategic and operational initiatives.
The Shadow Executive Team aims to provide diverse perspectives and experiences, ensuring informed decision-making while preparing future leaders for executive roles. This initiative underscores Dentons’ commitment to fostering innovation and inclusivity within the organization.

Consisting of junior partners and senior legal and business services professionals, the team will serve for 12 months, focusing on generating impactful recommendations for the firm’s leadership. The diverse composition of the team reflects Dentons’ dedication to leveraging varied expertise in addressing key challenges and opportunities.
MENA based members of the inaugural cohort include Sairah Narmah–Alqasim – Senior Consultant, Corporate, Jeddah and Jane Flournoy, Counsel in Banking & Finance from Dubai.
The Shadow Executive Team will receive specialized training and mentorship from Dentons’ executive leadership, including Divisional Leaders and Directors. It will also drive its agenda, addressing crucial topics such as optimizing global reach, integrating innovative technologies, and advancing career pathways for legal and business services professionals.
