Dentons’ new partners in Dubai
Dentons has expanded its partnership ranks in Dubai with the appointment of capital markets specialist Peter Cullen (pictured left). Joining from Linklaters, Cullen will work within the firm’s Middle East banking and finance team.
His arrival follows another recent integration in the Dubai office. In September 2025, capital markets partner Victoria Wyer (pictured right) relocated from London.
Both partners bring expertise in debt capital markets (DCM). Cullen has spent eight years in the Middle East, advising issuers and underwriters on a broad range of international capital markets transactions. His experience includes Reg S and Rule 144A debt issuances, liability management exercises, structured notes, repackagings and OTC products, with a particular focus on Shari’a-compliant transactions.
Wyer has extensive experience across investment-grade and emerging markets, advising underwriters and issuers—including corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns—on a wide variety of debt capital markets products.
