Convene’s new head of legal & governance solutions: Léna Dridi

Convene officialised the appointment of Léna Dridi (pictured) as its new head of legal and governance solutions.

Within her new responsibilities, Dridi will work alongside boards and leadership teams to enhance decision-making, transparency, and oversight. Moreover, she will collaborate with company secretaries and legal departments to streamline workflows around meetings, documentation and compliance processes. Her oversight will also encompass ESG engagement and integration and fostering industry dialogue.

The reaction

Commenting on her recent appointment Dridi told Legalcommunity she’s excited about developing the ESG and governance side of the role. “In the region,” she explains, “boards are increasingly expected to show real accountability and transparency toward investors and stakeholders, not just oversee strategy. What interests me is helping organizations make that practical, by structuring how oversight and reporting actually happen, and seeing how technology can genuinely support that.”
