CMS advised The WellBoss Company in Praxis Acquisition 

International law firm CMS acted as legal counsel for The WellBoss Company, a well-established specialist in well completion equipment manufacturing and a wholly owned subsidiary of Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment (“SBO”), in its acquisition of Praxis Completion Technology (“Praxis”), a renowned provider of packer systems and completion products in the Middle East. This was a significant move in enhancing SBO’s presence in this strategically important regional market. 

This transaction bolsters SBO’s footprint in the Middle East while also introducing valuable technology to the well completion segment within SBO’s offerings. The acquisition of Praxis holds the potential for transformative growth in SBO’s operations in this key market.
