Tax expert Janet Gooi (pictured) is the latest partnership addition for Clyde & Co,  as she joins the firm’s Dubai office.

Gooi will lead the firm’s Middle East tax offering, operating within the global corporate & advisory practice.

The profile

Janet Gooi’s client-base includes regional and multinational corporations, private equity groups, investment funds and high net worth individuals. She advises on a range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax and tax disputes across the Middle East.
