Clyde & Co with Guide and Timalina on double acquisition in Egypt

Barakat, Maher & Partners, in association with Clyde & Co, advised Guide International and Timalina Internacional on their acquisition of a minority stake in two Egyptian target companies operating in the tourism and hospitality sector, namely Allied for Tourism Investment and Mediterranean Tourism Investment.
