Clyde & Co with Big Bus on Tour Dubai’s acquisition

Clyde & Co has advised Big Bus Tours, one of the world’s largest operators of open-top sightseeing tours, on the acquisition of Tour Dubai. In line with the Group’s strategy to offer its customers an increasing range of experiences around the world, the move strengthens Big Bus Tours’ presence in the Middle East.
