Global law firm Clyde & Co is playing a pivotal role in advising the shareholders of The Talent Enterprise, a renowned psychometric and talent assessment technology company based in the Middle East, on its proposed acquisition by Mercer. The transaction awaits regulatory approvals. 

Founded in Dubai in 2013, The Talent Enterprise has emerged as a global player in talent assessment technology. With a rapidly expanding network of offices and partners, it collaborates with over 250 clients spanning the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe. The company, driven by the vision of revolutionizing human capital assessment through an innovative and integrated approach, engages with policymakers, employers, and educators on various fronts. These include career guidance, employability and life skills, talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and workplace well-being. 

The proposed sale to Mercer, a business under Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being. Mercer’s approximately 25,000 employees are based in 43 countries and the firm operates in 130 countries.
