Clyde & Co Bolsters MEA Employment Group with Appointments
Clyde & Co, has announced the expansion of its Middle East and Africa (MEA) employment group with the appointment of partner Ben Brown and senior associate David True. Both join from Addleshaw Goddard and will be based in the Dubai office.
Ben Brown, rejoining the firm after four years, is recognized for his expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law across the UAE and the GCC. He has a particular focus on high-stakes employment litigation in the DIFC and ADGM Courts and has acted in significant employment cases in recent years.
David True advises clients on all contentious and non-contentious employment matters in the UAE and its free zones, including the DIFC and the ADGM, and across the GCC. He has been involved in numerous high-profile employment disputes in the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts and specializes in conducting sensitive workplace investigations.
