Clyde & Co on Al Arabia’s SAR 1.05B Acquisition of Faden Media
Global law firm Clyde & Co has played a pivotal role in advising Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia), a prominent Saudi-listed entity, on its SAR 1.05 billion acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Faden Media and Advertising Company (Faden Media). This strategic move is integral to Al Arabia’s growth strategy, aiming to forge profitable local and regional partnerships and fortify its position as a market leader.

Faden Media, established in 2006 and headquartered in Riyadh, focuses on digital media advertising.
