Clyde & Co Guides ADMO’s Alpha Mind Launch
Global law firm, Clyde & Co has provided legal counsel to ADMO Lifestyle Holding Limited (ADMO) in their joint venture (JV) with Addmind, introducing the innovative global lifestyle vertical, Alpha Mind. This collaboration underscores ADMO’s strategic investment in Addmind, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy.
Alpha Mind, headquartered in the UAE, is a JV entity that oversees a diverse portfolio of experiential lifestyle, food and beverage (F&B), and entertainment brands conceptualized and developed by Addmind. The portfolio includes seven renowned names such as CLAP, Bar Du Port, ONGAKU, Babylon, Sucre, Alma Bar, and Iris, which encompasses the Iris Beach House hotel brand.
Established in 2022, ADMO Lifestyle Holding (ADMO) is a JV between Alpha Dhabi Holding and Monterock International Limited. ADMO aims to curate a collection of leading global high-end lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, and entertainment brands. Notably, ADMO’s initial investment was in the prestigious Nammos Group, known worldwide for its luxurious entertainment and gastronomic excellence. The company expanded its portfolio in 2023 with the acquisitions of CÉ LA VI Group and Em Sherif.
With flagship locations in Mykonos, Dubai, Singapore, and Tokyo, along with upcoming developments in London, Cannes, Miami, and Abu Dhabi, ADMO’s global expansion strategy is focused on delivering unparalleled, holistic, and luxurious guest experiences.
