Clyde & Co adds four new partners in Saudi Arabia
Clyde & Co is seeing its presence grow in Saudi Arabia through the promotions to the rank of partner of Andrew Archer (upper left), Brendan Molck (bottom left), and Will Cadwaladr (upper right), and through the hiring of Talal Al-Othman (bottom right) as partner, formerly a lawyer for the Saudi government from 2021 to 2024.
The profiles
Andrew Archer, Brendan Molck, and Will Cadwaladr will work as part of Clyde & Co’s Middle East projects and construction group, with the latter two operating from Riyadh while the former will be based in Dubai to focus on arbitration matters. All three partners bring their experience in construction arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution on behalf of government entities, employers, main contractors, and subcontractors.
Talal Al-Othman joins the firm’s Riyadh office. He specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation before the Saudi Commercial Court and Board of Grievances. He has held senior positions at public sector and government-owned entities, building on his background in private practice.

Following this news the number of partners operating in the country for Clyde & Co climbs to 12. The firm has been operating in Saudi Arabia for over 15 years and has more than 30 legal professionals.
