Clifford Chance with Lenders in Network International’s £2.2B Offer
International law firm, Clifford Chance, provided legal counsel to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), HSBC, and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in relation to Brookfield’s recommended offer for Network International Holdings (“Network International”).
Network International is a provider of technology-enabled payment solutions to merchants and financial institutions in the Middle East and Africa. The offer places a value of approximately £2.2 billion on Network International’s issued share capital.
