Clifford Chance on €45M financing of GZT Healthcare Investment
International law firm Clifford Chance advised Invest International with the EUR 45 million financing of GZT Healthcare Investment, a subsidiary of Rönesans Holding, in connection with the Gaziantep City Hospital, a public private partnership in Türkiye.
The public city hospital complex, with 1875 new beds, will serve Gaziantep and surrounding cities in south-central Türkiye. The complex will add much needed healthcare capacity to the region, which was hit by a devastating earthquake on 6 February 2023.
