Clifford Chance names Joint Leaders for its Africa Group
Global law firm Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of Jennifer Chimanga and Mustapha Mourahib as co-heads of its Africa Group, effective from October 1, 2023. They will succeed Anthony Giustini in this role.
Jennifer Chimanga, formerly Co-Head of East Africa and Africa Practice Leader for Telecoms, Media, and Technology (TMT), is a London-based corporate, M&A partner. She specializes in advising prominent global telecoms and technology companies on cross-border acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
Mustapha Mourahib, the Managing Partner of Clifford Chance’s Casablanca office, brings extensive expertise in strategic M&A, private equity, and finance transactions in Africa.
