Clifford Chance advises Goldman Sachs on Dünya Katılım’s AT1 sukuk

Clifford Chance has advised Goldman Sachs International, acting as sole lead manager, on Dünya Katılım’s inaugural U.S.$100 million Additional Tier 1 (AT1) sukuk issuance.
