Christian Saunders joins Linklaters Middle East Banking practice  

Linklaters has appointed retired banking/restructuring lawyer, Christian Saunders (pictured) as a senior consultant in the Middle East Banking practice.  

With over 20 years of experience, Saunders’ practice focuses on advising creditors, corporates, and other stakeholders on all aspects of market leading financing transactions and restructurings.  
  
Saunders is widely recognised as a prominent banking and restructuring lawyer in the Middle East. He was a partner with Allen & Overy in the UAE for over 24 years, till his retirement in 2021 and as the former head of the Middle East Banking practice at the Magic Circle firm.
