Charles Russell Speechlys’ new partner in Dubai: Jonathan Huth
Jonathan Huth (pictured) is Charles Russell Speechlys’ latest partnership appointment, as he will rank within the Firm’s litigation team in Dubai. The US-qualified lawyer moves from Howard Kennedy, where he led the Middle East practice.

Jonathan Huth’s practice spans cross-border investigations, disputes, judgment enforcement, asset recovery, financial crime and whistleblowing, and regulatory enforcement matters. An expert of the financial sector, he regularly works on matters related to securities and financial fraud market manipulation, including foreign exchange, benchmark and Libor manipulation, bribery and corruption, money laundering and financial fraud.
Prior to his private practice stint, Huth served as a senior in-house counsel at HSBC in London in the global investigations group, and previously worked as a Senior Trial Attorney for the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
