Charles Russell Speechlys advises on SkyPower Services MENA’s sale to Inox
Charles Russell Speechlys advised SkyPower Global on the sale of SkyPower Services MENA to Indian integrated renewable energy platform Inox Clean Energy (Inox), part of the INOXGFL Group. The transaction leads to the creation of an integrated renewable energy platform, set to deploy more than 10 gigawatts (GW) of solar-powered infrastructure across Africa.
Headquartered in Dubai, SkyPower MENA specialises in the development, financing, construction, and operation of utility-scale solar projects.
