BonelliErede appoints new partner in Dubai: Riccardo Denaro
BonelliErede bolsters its Dubai partnership lineup with the promotion of Riccardo Denaro (pictured).
Besides Denaro, the firm partners’ meeting on Saturday, 29 November approved the promotions of Milan-based Francesca Peruzzi and Pietro Ferretti to the partnership.
The profile
A specialist in corporate law, Denaro joined the firm in Milan in 2013 before relocating to the UAE office in 2018.
His practice focuses on extraordinary transactions and M&A, corporate advisory and commercial contracts across the Gulf region. Denaro’s sectorial expertise spans luxury, private equity, real estate and construction.
