Matouk Bassiouny UAE: Beyon Cyber acquires into DTS Solution

DTS Solution (“DTS”) has signed an agreement for the sale of a majority stake to Beyon Cyber (“BC”), part of the Beyon Group, a cybersecurity provider in Bahrain. 

Established in 2011, DTS Solution is a regional cyber security advisory, consulting and engineering firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company offers various advanced services and solutions to combat cybercrime and uplift compliance. 

The acquisition of DTS Solution is a milestone for Beyon Cyber in realizing its security goals and expanding its regional influence as a cybersecurity provider. 

Matouk Bassiouny UAE (“MB UAE”) acted as the legal advisor to DTS Solution (“DTS”) in connection with the sale. The MB UAE team advising on the transaction was led by Jirayr Habiban (managing partner, UAE Offices, pictured) and included Sanaa Fariji (head of structuring) and Mahmoud Hegazy (associate).
