Beeah Digital and Khazna Data Centers join forces on JV
Beeah Digital, Beeah Group’s digital transformation and future technology business, and Khazna Data Centers (“Khazna”), wholesale data centre providers in the MENA Region, have formed a joint venture that will bring to Sharjah its first Tier 3 data centre.
The newly established data centre will enable business transformation, economic growth, and a technologically secure future along with provide uninterrupted digital infrastructure to the Emirate of Sharjah, thus supporting the Sharjah Government’s ambitious digital transformation efforts.
The data centre will be equipped with high-tech security, fire and environmental control systems, and full redundancy grade power. The newly established joint venture will be called One Data Center SPV Limited and will operate under the name of Khazna Data Centers.
Khazna and Beeah Digital are committed to exploring renewable energy sources to meet the data centre’s power requirements. The facility will also be constructed to achieve green building certifications from Estidama and Leed.
