Arabia Investments Holding Completes Debt-to-Equity Swap
Barakat, Maher & Partners, in association with Clyde & Co, has provided legal counsel to Arabia Investments Holding, a publicly listed company on the Egyptian Exchange, regarding the sale of 98% of Arabian International Contracting through a Debt-to-Equity Swap.
Arabia Investments Holding, established in 2010, operates as an investment management firm with a notable presence on the Egyptian stock exchange. Renowned for its active trading, the company maintains a diversified investment portfolio encompassing construction materials, electrotechnical projects, and non-banking financial services.
