Banque Misr receives ISO certification for legal quality management 

Banque Misr’s Legal Department has received the certificate of ISO 9001:2015 for legal quality management.  

The certificate was awarded by TUV Southwest, which is recognized by the Egyptian Organization for Standards and Quality and specialized in testing, inspection and auditing. The certificate is given after the awarding entity inspects and confirms that all the internal policies and systems are in accordance with the international standards of management.   

Head of Legal International Branches at Banque Misr, Ahmed Zekry (pictured)  said that receiving such international certificate is an evidence that Legal Department works to align with international standards on updating its internal working systems and on training its professionals on the new and specialised international practices in the banking sector, as well as training them on working in times of crisis, limiting the operational disturbances, providing the best quality of services and fulfilling the legal needs for the services provided to the clients. 

The certificate confirms Banque Misr’s success and pioneering role in providing its banking services with the highest quality. This helps in protecting the national economy and in achieving financial and banking stability, while protecting customer funds and maximizing the return on the invested capital.
