Baker McKenzie wirh Izdihar on GEMS’ real estate acquisition
Baker McKenzie has advised Bank Muscat’s Izdihar Real Estate Fund, on its acquisition of the real estate of GEMS School of Research and Innovation in Dubai.
The new British Curriculum school plans to start in September 2025, and will feature various facilities, including an elevated football field doubling as helipad, an auditorium, as well as an Olympic-size swimming pool.
