In a significant move in the business landscape, ASAR acted as Kuwait law counsel to Jadwa and its subsidiary Entertainment Opportunities Investment Company as it completed the acquisition of a substantial 35% stake in Gissah for Perfumes, Teeb and Oud Company, a prominent player in Kuwait’s perfume industry. The acquisition involved the purchase of shares from existing shareholders in Kuwait, with operations spanning both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
