Asafo & Co.: Holged Group acquires Al Massalik school in Morocco

Asafo & Co. has advised in the acquisition of Al Massalik, a renowned bilingual education school in Casablanca. The acquisition was made by Holged Group, a prominent primary and secondary education provider in Morocco and Tunisia. 

This strategic merger presents an opportunity for Al Massalik to leverage the extensive expertise of Holged Group, which boasts nearly four decades of experience in the education sector. By joining forces, Al Massalik aims to further solidify its position in the market and benefit from the synergy created by this collaboration. 

Additionally, the acquisition allows Holged Group to enhance its portfolio of educational services in Morocco. By incorporating Al Massalik, known for its exceptional educational offerings, alongside its existing top-tier schools such as Al Jabr, Al Jabr International School, and Yassamine, Holged Group strengthens its presence in the Casablanca region and expands its range of educational solutions.
