Amethis MENA Fund II Acquires Stake in BBI Group. The advisors

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH“) has provided legal counsel to Amethis in its investment deal with BBI Group, a prominent data management consultancy in the MENA region. The investment, made through Amethis MENA Fund II, aims to support BBI’s expansion plans and enhance its service offerings, particularly in consultancy and AI-related services. 

This strategic partnership reflects the growing importance of data management services in the MENA region’s business landscape and highlights MBH’s role in facilitating impactful investments.
