ZH&P advises All for One Group in the acquisition into POET Egypt 

All for One Group, the consulting and IT Group based in Germany, has completed the acquisition of customer experience (CX) experts POET along with a majority stake in the development company POET Egypt, Alexandria, effective 1 May 2022. 

The successful acquisition will allow All for One Group to take a large step forward in expanding its customer expertise portfolio. 

Zaki Hashem & Partners (ZH&P) has acted as local counsel to All for One Group in this transaction.  ZH&P was in charge of providing legal advice in relation to the transaction, conducting a due diligence over the Egyptian subsidiary and providing input to the Sale Purchase Agreement. ZH&P team was led by m&a partner Hossam Hafez (pictured) and comprised of Nour Ossama, Ahmed ElMolla, Khalid Al-Melegi, and Youssef ElHadidy.
