Al Tamimi’s new leadership appointments
Al Tamimi & Company appointed two new leadership figures. Andrew Tarbuck (pictured left) is now head of corporate commercial, while Euan Lloyd (pictured right) becomes head of construction and infrastructure.
The profiles
Head of corporate commercial Andrew Tarbuck advises regional and international clients on complex corporate transactions. His areas of expertise include public and private M&A, equity capital markets, as well as corporate governance and regulatory matters. Tarbuck’s career spans almost three decades of legal experience, matured across the Middle East, London, and Hong Kong.
A specialist all across the construction and infrastructure sectors, Euan Lloyd advises all stakeholders in connection with large-scale projects, project finance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. As the head of construction and infrastructure at Al Tamini, Loyd will bring on his extensive sectorial knowledge of a market in perpetual evolution.
