Al Tamimi & Company relocates to Tadawul Tower in Riyadh

Al Tamimi & Company, a major law firm in the MENA region, is set to transform its operations in the Kingdom by relocating its Riyadh office to the prestigious Tadawul Tower at the King Abdullah Financial District. The move signifies the firm’s commitment to embrace a dynamic way of working within a modern business environment, fostering innovation and inspiration for its employees.

The new office space, spanning 2,618 square meters and slated for completion in 2023, will serve as an innovative hub for Al Tamimi & Company. This strategic move positions the firm at the heart of the Kingdom’s bustling business community. Tadawul Tower has emerged as the preferred location for numerous global blue-chip organizations, with the Saudi Stock Exchange soon to call it home, solidifying its status as the centrepiece of the King Abdullah Financial District.

Al Tamimi & Company boasts a dedicated team of 83 legal professionals, including trainee lawyers, associates, senior associates, partners, and senior counsels, all providing comprehensive legal services to clients across the Kingdom.

Tadawul Tower stands out as a cutting-edge development with a strong emphasis on people and wellness. Notably, Tadawul Tower has prioritized environmental sustainability, earning the esteemed LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Gold Certification through rigorous design and construction assessments. Al Tamimi & Company’s relocation to Tadawul Tower’s eco-conscious environment will contribute significantly to its sustainability objectives and minimize its environmental footprint.

Commenting on the move, Samer Qudah, Managing Partner, Al Tamimi & Company said:

“Saudi Arabia is vital to our growth plans. This move not only reinforces our ambition to be a regional leader, but it reaffirms our commitment to investing in The Kingdom and playing our role in supporting the Saudi Vision 2030.

“The decision to relocate our Riyadh office to Tadawul Tower is influenced by several key factors, most notably for us is to be at the heart of the business community, making us more accessible to clients, and to provide our team with a modern space that allows them to work more efficiently. Fundamentally we want to ensure a first-class experience for our clients and colleagues, and Tadawul Tower will be an excellent venue to achieve this.”

Commenting on the move Philip Kotsis, Partner, and Head of Saudi Arabia, at Al Tamimi & Company, said:

“As the largest law firm in Saudi Arabia, this move will transform how we come together as a team to work and service our clients. The King Abdullah Financial District is a modern commercial hub, and there is no doubt it will transform into a business centre that attracts domestic, regional, and global organisations.

“This move will also support our ambition of training young Saudi lawyers. We are already collaborating with local universities to train Saudi lawyers and our ambition is to be the largest training provider of any law firm in the Kingdom.”

Al Tamimi & Company plans to finalize the move to its new Riyadh office in the fourth quarter of 2023, marking a significant milestone in its quest for growth and excellence in legal services.
