His expertise spans transactions across the GCC, including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Omar Al Humaid – Corporate Structuring (Riyadh), a Saudi qualified lawyer, has significant experience advising national and multinational companies and foreign investors in corporate structuring.
Ahmed Mahomed – Corporate Structuring (Riyadh), a highly regarded corporate lawyer, specializes in corporate structuring, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mohamed El Dessouky – Litigation (Dubai), a professional lawyer with extensive experience, handles all aspects of litigation cases and represents clients before national, international courts, and arbitral tribunals.
Ahmed Hashem – Transport & Insurance (Jeddah), heading the Shipping practice in Saudi Arabia, brings over twelve years of experience in maritime law, handling disputes related to freight forwarder disputes, agencies, customs, and insurance.
Yasser Madkour – Transport & Insurance (Dubai), a qualified attorney, specializes in commercial litigation, focusing on disputes and claims related to bills of lading, charter-parties, customs, and insurance policy disputes.
Mohamed Negm – Dispute Resolution (Riyadh), a highly experienced lawyer based in Riyadh, specializes in bankruptcy cases, banking litigation, securities disputes, and offers expertise in regulatory reform and legislative drafting.
