Al Tamimi appoints Graham de Guise as CPO
Al Tamimi and Company has appointed Graham de Guise (pictured) as Chief People Officer (CPO). De Guise joins Al Tamimi from Osborne Clarke, where he worked as Chief People Officer and member of both the International and UK executive boards.
Throughout his career, de Guise held senior HR leadership roles across international professional services organisations, including Fieldfisher, TLT Solicitors and EY. His expertise spans partner remuneration, leadership development, succession planning, talent management and performance culture.
In the new role, de Guise will oversee the firm’s people and culture strategy across all offices, with a particular focus on leadership development, partner and talent progression, performance frameworks, reward strategy, and organisational effectiveness.
