ADREC Teams Up with Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder  

Abu Dhabi’s Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has signed a Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading real estate platforms, Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder. The objective is to augment transparency, efficiency, and decision-making within Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector. 

Rashed Al Omaira, ADREC’s Acting Director General, expressed satisfaction with the partnerships, emphasizing ADREC’s commitment to forging alliances across public and private sectors. These collaborations aim to bolster Abu Dhabi’s position as a prime investment destination by providing innovative services, adaptable legislation, and transparent data for informed decision-making. 

The MoUs focus on delivering accurate, non-conflicting purchase-related information to end-users through the integrated use of these platforms. Additionally, they aim to streamline efforts within the customer purchase journey and elevate real estate transparency levels. 

The collaborative efforts seek to enhance market quality and efficiency, introduce advanced solutions for stakeholder security, and offer transparent data to customers. Programs and workshops for industry professionals will ensure legal compliance and gather market insights, while regulatory challenges will be addressed to promote real estate services locally and globally.
