Paul Prescott (pictured) is a newly appointed partner at Addleshaw Goddard.

Joining from Dentons, Prescott  brings more than two decades of experience to the firm’s construction and infrastructure practice.

The profile

Particularly active across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, Paul’s  legal expertise focuses on construction law matters and encompasses the full lifecycle of construction projects, from non-contentious procurement strategies and live project counsel to the resolution of disputes through arbitration and mediation.

He was an advisor within events of global resonance such as the Wembley Stadium re-build, the London 2012 Olympics, Expo 2020 Dubai, and the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Moreover, he operates across a variety of contractual frameworks, including the FIDIC suite, NEC, and bespoke EPC agreements.
