Addleshaw Goddard with QNB on $1.5bn loan refinancing

Addleshaw Goddard advised Qatar National Bank (QNB) throughout refinancing of its $1.5bn senior unsecured term loan facility.

Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Mizuho, SMBC, J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Bank of America acted as lenders on the transaction.
