Addleshaw Goddard advises SEH on award for SABIC in Riyadh

Addleshaw Goddard advised SEH Healthcare, a consortium formed by SMC Healthcare, Health Gates and Germany’s Dr Ebel Group, on its award as operator of the SABIC Specialized Behavioural Healthcare Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The award follows confirmation by the Ministry of Health and the National Centre for Privatization & PPP (NCP).

Deal details

The 15-year contract, granted under Saudi Arabia’s Privatization and Public-Private Partnership programme, covers the operation and management of the 150-bed facility constructed by SABIC.
