ABO Partners with EiDF Solar for €20 Million Financing Deal 

With general counsel Edward Keller (pictured) at the helm of it’s legal department, Alpha Blue Ocean (ABO), a prominent multi-family office known for its prominent position in alternative finance on a global scale, has entered into a strategic financing agreement worth €20 million with Energía, Innovación y Desarrollo Fotovoltaico (EiDF) Solar. This financing pact solidifies EiDF Solar’s financial foundation, empowering the company to meet its current financial requirements while enhancing its overall financial structure. The harmonious blend of debt and equity ensures EiDF Solar’s long-term sustainability, facilitating sustainable growth and bolstering its project pipeline. 

Established in 2017, Alpha Blue Ocean has emerged as a trailblazer in the realm of alternative finance within Europe. Over the past six years, the group, co-founded by Pierre Vannineuse and Hugo Pingray, has engaged in financing agreements with a cumulative deal value exceeding $2 billion. This remarkable feat encompasses more than 110 transactions spanning fifteen different jurisdictions. 

EiDF Solar, on the other hand, stands as a key player in the renewable energy sector. The company specializes in the deployment of solar panels tailored for industrial self-consumption. Rooted in a deep commitment to environmental sustainability, EiDF Solar is dedicated to furnishing clean and dependable energy sources that will illuminate a greener and more eco-conscious future. 


This collaboration between ABO and EiDF Solar underscores ABO’s commitment to supporting innovative and sustainable energy solutions, ensuring a brighter and more environmentally responsible future.
